As part of the next stage of our growth, we are now seeking experienced COMPOSITE WORKERS to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for lamination assembly and detail on a variety of aircraft components. The starting wage for this position is $12.50 per hour or DOE plus health benefits.

Specific responsibilities of this position will include:

· Cloth & foam cutting
· Vacuum & hand lamination
· Preparation of molds for primer
· Other duties associated with the Composite shop as identified by the production manager

To succeed in this challenging role you will need the following:

. 3-5 Years of Experience Required
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturing plans
· Ability to work closely with others - must be a team player
· Attitude and energy for growth
